COs -- Certificates of Occupancies are printed on the HP Laser Printed located in the Administration area. Any of the clerks can print a CO but it will only print to the one printer as a quality control measure. Certain criteria must be met for a CO to be printed:
The permit must be for a new Residence after September of 1999 The permit must be finaled If a Townhome, there must be a Zoning inspection, Z= amongst the other inspectionsCommercial COs are issued by the Permit Counter personnel

Residential TCOs may be approved by Rolf, Dave, Curtis or Bev. Any clerk can print a TCO but will only print to the one printer in the Administration area as a quality control measure. Each TCO request must have a letter of request on file and submitted to scanning prior to issuance.
Commerical TCOs are approved and issued by the Permit Counter personnel.
