Snow Loads:
    For below 7000: 30 psf uniform
    At or above 7000: 40 psf uniform
        (additional questions regarding grade plane and related
        snow load or flat roof snow load should be referred to plan check)

Wind Loads:
    Basic wind speed: 100 mph (3 second gust)
    Exposure C
    Minimum Wind Load: 20 psf
        (PPRBC requires a 20 psf minimum wind load where the IBC
        requires a 10 psf minimum. Additional questions regarding
        wind load should be referred to plan check)

Live and Dead Loads:
    Dead loads and live loads shall be prescribed per the 2003 IBC.
