They start at $50. Construction drawings and a plot plan are required. To review deck plans you must verify the pier size, post size, deck joint size, beam size, ledger connection, stairs, and guardrail height and spacing.

How many inspections will I need for my deck?

Usually a footing, frame and final are required inspections on a deck.
